Void Installer: What's Next.

What's soon to be incoming is ver. 1.5.0

  • A better GUI experience.
  • QOL for how the nodes work.
  • Background ambience
  • Tutorial
  • FPS END_STATE EVENTS -> Will be talking more on this later.

It's honestly been a joy working on this: the more I'm learning about coding and how to code. It also reflects in the project version, it has promise in what might be an decent experience and that's what I'm fixing up. I've:

  • Fixed the screen overlay.
  • Added a fake login system.
  • Fixed the area of what's clickable on a button.
  • Changed removal per unit of time for system integrity.
  • Added a narrative to the game.
  • Hidden bugs on the screen space when on a different screen.
  • Added SS to FP transition.
  • Added a type of node validation and "pass" / "fail" mechanic for nodes.

Once 1.5.0 is done, I have another update that will be planned for the 2.0 update, this will be dialogue options and what that means for how the narrative of the game progresses.

There are two different game modes that will be added to this project:

  • Adding "Audit Attack", it's the core part of the game but as a time-attack game mode.
  • Additional Game Mode called: "Contract Ops", this will be added once everything else is finished.
